Delete Your Cravelog.ai Account

Option A — if you can sign in (immediate)

1. Sign in to Cravelog.ai.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm in the dialog by typing DELETE. Your account and data are removed right away.

Option B — if you removed the app or can't sign in

Email support@cravelog.ai from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We verify the request and process it within 30 days. For security, we only act on requests sent from the account's own email address — we never delete an account based on an unverified email submitted by someone else.

• Your profile information — name, email, country, phone, avatar
• All of your craving logs, emotions, triggers, and streak history
• Your Miha companion conversation history and saved insights
• Challenge progress
• Weekly report history
• Miha token balance and token transaction history
• Your login credentials (the account itself ceases to exist)

If you have an active Pro subscription, it is cancelled as part of the deletion. Unused Miha tokens and any remaining paid period are lost and are not refunded.

Creem, our payment processor, retains its own transaction and invoice records separately for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes. Cravelog.ai does not control those records and cannot delete them. Deleting through Cravelog.ai removes your Cravelog.ai account and data — it does not remove Creem's own transaction records.

We may also keep minimal, non-identifying operational logs (for example, aggregated usage counts) that cannot be linked back to you.

In-app deletion removes your data immediately. Email-based requests are completed within 30 days of verification. Backups roll off within 30 days of deletion.
