By accessing or using CraveLog at cravelog.ai you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CraveLog. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using CraveLog you represent that you are 18 or older.

CraveLog is an AI-powered emotional wellness tracking application. It is NOT a medical service, nutritional advisory, eating disorder treatment program, or substitute for professional medical advice. The Service is for informational and self-awareness purposes only.

CRAVELOG IS NOT A MEDICAL PRODUCT AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

CraveLog Pro is available at USD $9.99 per month. Payments are processed by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record, who handles all tax and compliance obligations.

NO REFUNDS: ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for partial subscription periods, unused features, or cancellations. If you cancel, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Circumvent security features
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by CraveLog and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data but grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.

AI-generated reports are licensed to you for personal non-commercial use only.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NEVER MAKE HEALTH DECISIONS BASED SOLELY ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAVELOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS; OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CraveLog from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS ARE WAIVED.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. No refunds are provided upon termination.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
